How long do orders take?
Typical orders are shipped in 7 – 14 days, but it depends on the specifics of the order. Need something faster? Let’s talk, we’ll see what we can do.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order, but we do charge a setup fee for new orders of less than 5 items.
What is small batch printing?
For us, anywhere from 5 to 500 pieces. Our typical jobs are 20 – 30 pieces.
What are the artwork requirements?
Please send your artwork to meet the following specs. Call/Email us if you have any questions or need assistance preparing your designs.
- File format: eps, AI, png, tif
- Fonts converted to curves
- Minimum 300 DPI
- CMYK
- Transparent background (watch for dots/artifacts in the background as we won’t know if they are part of the design or not)
What do you charge?
Printed garment prices are based on:
- cost of shirt (or other apparel item) selected
- number of pieces
- number of colours
- number of places to be printed (for example, front of shirt, back of shirt, sleeve, etc.)
Design fees may apply for preparation of mockups, design requests, etc.
We like to think we charge fair and reasonable prices, lets talk and we’ll discuss your specific requirements.
